Classes
Our Classes are held each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Bailey Hall and no advanced registration is required.
Classes are $8.00 or $65.00 for the whole month (one class per day) or $115 (2 classes per day). Your first class is always free. You don't need to bring your own mat or ball on the first day; one will be provided for you. Payment may be made via check to SIMC or through secure give here (select purchase, click show all, then Fitness Classes).
Haylea Hannah, Fitness Instructor

Haylea Hannah was raised in Blackshear, GA with 8 year's experience in health, wellness and the fitness industry. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University, and a Group Fitness coaching certification. Haylea has a wide and diverse background when it comes to the ages and classes she teaches. Starting from children up into older adults/seniors as well as coaching yoga, Pilates, Sitfit, strength training, CrossFit, and HIIT workouts.
Haylea's philosophy when it comes to the spiritual and physical self, is "Healthy for a Higher Purpose." She strongly believes in creating strong, healthy bodies and minds working deep within the community of believers in Christ! Always Up and Ready to discipline our bodies to reflect our spiritual strength.
