Electronic Fund Transfer is a convenient way to have your contributions automatically

All gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Gift acknowledgements will be mailed to donors.
The budget is prepared in consultation with all ministry areas. The Finance Committee then makes the formal recommendation of the budget for missions and outreach, education and discipleship, worship and music, buildings and grounds, and for other operating expenses and salaries to the Church Charge Conference for their approval.
Monetary Gifts to Operating Budget
You can make your gift to SIUMC in a variety of ways. You can put checks or cash in the offering plate as it is passed. You can mail in your gift. Or with a credit or debit card, you can use our secure online giving process. Four options include: using the Giving Kiosk located in the Narthex or outside of Bailey Hall; online via the internet; downloading and using the SecureGive mobile app; or using the texting option with your smartphone. Your gifts will be transferred to the church automatically as one-time or recurring gifts as you choose. We offer all these ways; which way is right for you and your lifestyle? Text to Give
After you have created an account, text the keyword and amount you would like to give to "833-355-4888" (ex. flower 75). You can get a list of all keywords available by texting "keywords"
You will receive a text prompting you to enter your donation amount and information, then submit.
Please consider a gift of appreciated assets, such as securities, life insurance policies and real estate. These assets qualify for a charitable deduction at market value. For more information contact the church office - 912-598-8460.
Memorial, Honorarium, and other Special Gifts
Memorial gifts may be made in memory of a deceased person, as a living tribute in honor of an individual, or as an indication of gratitude for a particular blessing received. These gifts may be designated or non-designated. Families are notified that the contribution was made.
Does your company offer a Matching Gifts Program for non-profit organizations? If so, SIUMC may qualify to receive those gifts.
