Join our fitness classes designed for adults of all ages. Whether you're looking to build endurance or simply stay active, our expert instructor, Taylor Reese, will guide you through a series of engaging routines. Classes
Our Classes are held each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in Bailey Hall and no advanced registration is required.
Classes are $7.00 or $65.00 for the whole month, with your first class free. You may pay via check to SIMC or through secure give here (select purchase, click show all, then Fitness Classes).
Taylor Reese, Fitness Instructor
Taylor Reese grew up in Macon, Georgia where she competed on the basketball court and on the track. She went on to play division-1 college basketball in Kentucky with the Murray State women's basketball team, and there she developed a knee injury that ended her athletic career. After a long recovery, Taylor gained a passion for fitness and helping others achieve better movement quality and healthier lifestyles.
In 2019, Taylor became accredited as a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise. She currently pursues additional fitness certifications as well as a degree in Radiologic Sciences from Georgia Southern University. Taylor also provides assisted stretching services.
